Well I haven't seen any video like that but I don't think it makes sense since even the antenna of Starlink costed them $2000 initially, and they sold it for $400 paying the difference from their own pocket. Starlink is a for-profit venture to support the grand Mars mission, therefore, they want to make money as much as they can when it is feasible, logically. Even now, they are cash positive.
