I have a question and a suggestion.

I recently added the tipping feature, however, I don't see the tipping box at the bottom of my (new or old) stories. Is it because the acc owner doesn't see it? Is it only available for the new stories or all?

SECONDLY; I think Medium could become job platform for writers showcasing their work through their work and there could be a Hire Me button e.g. at the bottom or top of each story of the writer who'd like to be hired and there could be the availability calendar along with fee, example, gig history, etc. This way, Medium could serve as a bridge and let the writers make real income.
